Under the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 ("BAPCPA"), individual debtors must participate in a personal financial management instruction course (Debtor Education Course) AFTER filing a chapter 7 or chapter 13 case for bankruptcy/debt relief, before they may receive a discharge of their debts. |
| *$9 fee includes course fee plus delivery of certificate within 48-72 hours after completion. For an additional $5 (total $14) the certificate may be rushed and delivered within 24 hours after completion. |
